Terms and Conditions

** Payments:

1. Credit Card payment via Stripe

2. ATM transfer via Wing Lung Bank / HSBC/ Hang Seng Bank. Customers MUST provide bank receipt, goods pick up date or goods delivery date should be counted from the date bank receipt provided. Receipts cannot be provided will be treated as incompleted transactions.

** For Local Delivery:

1. Order will be delivered within 7 working days after receiving the payment (with receipt proven) 

2. Free delivery only covers local commerial/ industrial areas. Extra cost on residential areas , Tseung Kwan O and Ma On Shan areas will be at HK$30, paid by COD. 

3. Customers please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. Customers should bare the risk on deliver failure with incorrect delivery information.

Self pick up from our Shops:

Customers to self pick up 3 working days after payment is arranged (and provided receipt to us). Validity of the voucher will be within 1 month after payment. Please call us to ensure we have stock in shop before you come to us.
